Love Designer Clothes? Just Announced: 80,000 SF Saks Fifth Avenue will be anchoring the new Ridge Hill development in Yonkers!
Forest City Ratner has announced that they have signed a letter of intent to lease 80,000 square feet to Saks in the 1.2 million square foot center. Located on the New York State Thruway in Yonkers across from Stew Leonards, Costco and Home Depot, this mixed use development currently under construction will offer retail, entertainment, and residential uses on 88 acres.
This is a home run for Yonkers. The County has been without a Saks since the one closed in White Plains years ago.
