New BJ’s Warehouse Has Opened In Pelham Manor
A quick drive down the Hutchinson River Parkway will bring you to the new development currently under construction in Pelham on Route 1. BJ’s Warehouse is the first major store to open, and is a direct competitor to Costco in Yonkers and New Rochelle.
Currently under construction and cannot be finished soon enough for me is a large Fairway Market, which will be huge competition to Stew Leonards in Yonkers. Fairway is a great store that has a cult following in NYC and I have no doubt they, and BJ’s will do well.
Access from Route 1 and the Hutchinson River Parkway is great.
